Cancellation AND No-Show Policy: 

Appointments cancelled/resecheduled fOR ANY REASON less than 24-48 hours of scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 fee. 

We require that you call Medrevive at least 24 hours in advance for weekday appointments and 48 hours in advance for Saturday appointments for either cancel or reshedule them. If you reach our Voicemail, please leave us a detail message  including your name and phone number. If you would like to reschedule your appointment , please be sure to leave us your current daytime phone number.

"A NO-Show" is when someone  misses an appointment without cancelling it in the required manner. 

failure to be presented for your scheduled appointment or arriving more then 10 Minutes late FOR ANY REASON will be considered a NO-Show and will result in a fee of $50
